Reflection #11

Today we play our instrument in front of the class. I'm really nervous because I forgot to practice the song the day before. So then I play the Harmonic and I think I failed because I made many mistakes on the song.

Today some of us is randomly chosen by Mr.Harry to play their instrument in front of the class because next week we need to play a song individually. Then Mr.Harry tell us that we need to create a blog to put our weekly reflection.

Today is the day of our groups presentation based on pop vs classical music. We didn't do the presentation very well so we got a C+.

Reflection #8

Today we need to sing Hari Merdeka. We are divided into two groups (boys&girls). The girls sing it first then we need to mark them. Then we sing it and they need to mark it. Then Mr.Harry told us to learn berkibarlah benderaku.

Today is the deadline for our report on one classical artis. This time I did not forget to make my report and I studied on my classcial artist incase I am pick to present it in front of the class. Then we are divided into groups of 6 (Dariel, Ais, Jeffrey, Jik, Lee, and me) we need to do a presentation about popular vs classical music.

Reflection #6

Since its almost the day of Indonesia independence. We practice singing one of our national song hari merdeka and I think its a really fun song to sing. Then Mr.Harry teach us some scales I understand most of it.

Reflection #5

ReToday is the day that we need to submit our assesment on one pop artist. But guess what, I forget to make mine so I didn't collect it. Then Mr.Harry told us to pick one classical artist. I pick Beethoven.

Reflection #4

Today the singing thing is cancelled. But Mr.Harry told to research on one pop artist and we must pick the artist that have the same first letter as our name. So I pick The Beatles.

Reflection #3

Today with our group we do a presentation about popular music. After that we sing heal the world again. Then mr.Harry told us that we're gonna sing that song in pair for the next class.

Reflection #2

Today Mr.John play a song with his guitar, he plays mission impossible, tears in heaven and some other songs. He plays the guitar really well. Then after that Mr.Harry explain some things about popular music and he told us to research about it. Then we play Heal the world again.

Reflection #1

Today is the first day of our music lesson. Today we meet the teachers and we get to choose our instumental group. I choose guitar but because there's to many person that wants to join the guitar class we need to audition. I didn't do very well but I managed to join the class. Then before we go to our instrumental class mr.Harry teach us how to sing 'Heal the world' a song written by Michael Jackson.
